I. purpose and principle

Spring supports and hangers are mainly used for steam and water pipes or boiler equipment in power plants, generating thermal displacement in operation and equipment. According to the working and thermal displacement requirements of the spring supports and hangers determined by the calculation of the pipeline stress, the factory sets the spring supports and hangers according to the design load: that is, the spring is preloaded and the cold load position is determined; at the same time, the theoretical working position of the cold state is marked.

The spring supports and hangers are adjusted by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. When they are installed on the pipeline and equipment, make relevant thread adjustment to separate the fixed pin. At this time, the actual bearing of the spring is the cold load required by the design.

II. Structure form and model representation of T and th:

According to the installation form, the hanger can be divided into three types: middle connecting hanger spring Th 1, upper and lower connecting hanger spring th 2, and bracket spring th 3.

Th1 can be divided into three types: A, B and C;

Th 1a (T1) is spring of single lug connection hanger;

Th 1B (T2) is the spring of double ear connecting hanger;

Th 1C is the spring of threaded hanger;

These three types of spring are mainly used for hanging on steel beam, pipe beam and base plate.

Th 2 (T3) is suitable for installation on steel beam;

Th3 (T4) is mainly used for laying on foundation, steel beam and floor slab;

T5 parallel suspension type.

The variable spring support and hanger mainly consists of cylindrical spiral spring, displacement indicator plate, shell, elastic nut and other parts.

Variable spring supports and hangers can be divided into seven types, a, B, C, D, e, F and G, according to different installation methods.

Type B - single ear suspension type;

Type C - double ear suspension type;

Type D ---- upper regulation and shelving type;

Type E: lower regulation and shelving type;

Type F - support and shelving type;
